IXYS RF's MOSFET driver ICs are ultra-fast, high current drivers optimized for driving IXYS RF MOSFETs in a variety of applications
requiring high-efficiency performance. These include RF generators, laser diode drivers, pulse generators, as well as motor drive and
power conversion applications. IXYS RF MOSFET DRIVER ICs are designed to switch MOSFETs and IGBTs with minimum switching times.
The IXDD series drivers are manufactured in the SOIC-28 industry-standard package. The innovative DEIC420 is manufactured in
IXYS RF's patented low-inductance RF package, offering superior thermal performance and continuous operating frequencies to 45MHz.
Finally, the newly developed IXDD515 & DEIC515 combine a low-inductance package with a low-capacitance device, resulting in
improved switching speed performance over the DEIC420 for 13.56MHz and 28MHz industrial RF Generator applications.
Watch for the product release scheduled for mid summer 04 for this revolutionary driver! The DEIC420 will continue to be
fully supported and remains ideal for less demanding applications such as 2MHz RF Generators.
